Anti Tummy Bloat Cucumber Lemon Ginger Water

Instead of drinking diet soda's or just plain old water here is a drink that is healthy, all natural and actually tastes great!

Anti Tummy Bloat Water is easy to make and all the ingredients are in your refrigerator. Drink for a couple days before any big event to help get rid of tummy bloating. Or drink it anytime, why not, it's good for you ;)

Ingredients:
  • Lemon Slices
  • Cucumber Slices
  • Shredded Ginger
  • Fresh Spearmint Leaves
  • Water
Combine all ingredients into a pitcher and fill with water. Place in refrigerator to chill.

You will find this so refreshing it's like going to the spa!

Enjoy!

  3. This is a great idea! I am not sure I can give up my diet coke but, certainly I can find room to fit a refreshing drink like this one in my day. I am planning to share this recipe with a couple of the girls at work too!

  4. Hi,Karen: I found your blog today when searching for recipes using Sun Dried Tomatoes (Italian Red Tomato Pesto).

Your blog is great. Also, popped over to your other blog and enjoyed your articles on there. I am a big Dancing With the Stars fan, Neil Diamond, too!

  7. Hi Karen, I tried the water and some recipes say to leave the ingredients and water sitting overnight. The next day I found that most of the water was gone, the ingredients soaked it all up. Is this normal, should I try doing it another way?

  8. For two quarts of water I only add three or four lemon slices, 1/2 cucumber and a few shaved Ginger slices.
