Tiling The Kitchen

When we moved into our house six years ago, there were several things that I wanted to change. My husband did not want to change anything because he was convinced that we would only be in this house for a short time before we got a good deal on a bigger house and move. Now that it has been six years and the real estate market is so poor, it looks like we will be here for a while before we move. I convinced my husband that we need to make some changes to the house since we are still here. The first thing that I wanted to do was to place tile in our kitchen. I am so glad we have direct tv because I actually learned how to retile the kitchen from start to finish by myself from the Do It Yourself Network. My husband was so impressed when I told him about my plans to do it myself. He of course said he would help. I just did not want to pay someone to do something that I had learned to do myself.
